Cheesy Chili Italian Bread

Delicious 3-ingredient side dish that pairs perfectly with chili.
Ingredients:
  • 1 jar (8 ounces) process cheese spread
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles, drained
  • 1 loaf (1 pound) unsliced Italian bread
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Combine the cheese spread with the chilies. Slice the bread loaf diagonally into 1-inch slices, making sure to leave the bottom intact. Spread each side of the slices with the cheese mixture. Wrap the loaf in a large piece of foil, pressing against the sides but leaving the top exposed.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes until hot and crusty. Serve warm.
