Cheesy gnocchi bake

Cheesy baked gnocchi - effortlessly delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 500g pkt shelf fresh gnocchi
  • 40g gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 50g salami, cut into strips
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 255.00 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 63.13 gm cream
  • 150g baby spinach
  • 250.00 ml grated mozzarella
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced. Grease a 5-cup or 16x26x5cm ovenproof dish, then simply place the gnocchi and blue cheese into the dish.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, sauté onion, salami, and garlic in oil until onion softens and turns golden, about 5 minutes. Pour in chicken stock and cream, then bring to a boil. Add spinach and toss until just wilted, about 1 minute.
  • Cover gnocchi with a generous amount of sauce. Top with mozzarella, then bake until golden and gnocchi are tender, about 15 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes before enjoying.
