Deliciously cheesy grits with a perfect blend of Cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Ideal as a quick and tasty side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup uncooked quick-cooking grits
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. In a saucepan, bring water and salt to a rolling boil. Add grits and whisk continuously until thickened, about 5 to 6 minutes. Once ready, remove from heat.
  • Combine Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and butter until smooth and creamy. Add a hint of pepper and serve promptly.
