Cheesy bacon kale quiche - a crowd-pleasing favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust pastry
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 ounces chopped kale
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), then gently press the pie crust into the plate.
  • Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 10 seconds until warmed. Mix the warm cream cheese with milk and beaten eggs. Stir in Cheddar cheese, kale, and bacon. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake in the oven until the top is golden with brown spots and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 45 minutes.
