Cheesy baked kale chips for a crispy, savory snack.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch curly kale, torn
  • 0.5 cup nutritional yeast
  • 0.33333334326744 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
  • Add a generous drizzle of olive oil to the kale in a large bowl, followed by the nutritional yeast and salt. Mix everything together using your hands until the kale is evenly coated.
  • Lay out kale evenly on baking sheets.
  • Bake the kale in a preheated oven until crisp, approximately 45 to 60 minutes total, rotating racks and flipping the chips halfway through. Watch closely to prevent burning and remove any chips that are done early.
