Elevate popcorn with cheesy powder and dried chives for a savory upgrade.
Ingredients:
  • 36.80 gm sunflower oil
  • 125.00 ml popping corn
  • 18.40 gm sunflower oil, extra
  • 35g sachet cheese sauce powder
  • 20.00 ml dried chives, chopped
  • 0.60 gm salt
Instructions:
  • 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until 2 corn kernels circle slowly to test the temperature. 2. Once hot enough, add the rest of the corn, cover with a lid, and let it pop for 3 to 4 minutes, shaking the pan to avoid burning. It's ready when the popping stops.
  • Place the popcorn in a 3.5-liter airtight container. Remove any unpopped kernels. Pour in the remaining oil. Close the lid tightly and shake to evenly coat the popcorn. Sprinkle cheese sauce powder, chives, and salt over the popcorn. Seal the container again and shake well to ensure everything is coated. Serve and enjoy!
