Easy cheesy potato casserole with shredded hash browns and crispy topping for ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 (30 ounce) package Ore-Ida® Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes cereal
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while lightly coating a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Combine the sour cream, condensed soup, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Combine the Cheddar cheese, green onions, and hash brown potatoes, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
  • Evenly distribute the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
  • Combine the crushed cereal with the melted butter in a medium bowl, then evenly sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
  • Bake without a cover until golden and bubbling, for 45 to 50 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes after taking it out of the oven before serving.
