Quick and delicious cheesy potato casserole with crispy topping made from frozen hash browns, condensed soup, sour cream, and Cheddar.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4.5 cups crispy rice cereal squares
  • 0.66666668653488 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Spread hash browns in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine soup, onion, sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl; pour over hash browns. Mix crushed cereal with melted butter, sprinkle on top of casserole. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before baking.
  • Heat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Bake casserole in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes until golden, hot, and bubbly.
