Savory smoked sausage and potatoes topped with melty cheese, sour cream, and onions. A classic and divine pairing that never fails to please.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 pound) package Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage
  • 1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Cut the sausage into 1/2-inch cubes, then mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Evenly spread the mixture in the prepared pan. Bake until lightly browned, 40 to 45 minutes. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
