Homemade cheesy pull-apart bread with flavorful 2-ingredient dough and an irresistible trio of cheeses.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1.5 ounces Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1.5 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees Celsius (190 degrees Celsius).
  • Combine flour, yogurt, Italian seasoning, garlic, and salt in a large bowl until a smooth dough forms. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth, adding more flour if needed. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  • Assemble alternating layers of dough balls and cheese in a petite (5-inch) nonstick springform pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the bread has risen and is fully baked.
