Refreshing smoothie bowl made with fruit, coconut water, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.33333334326744 cup coconut water
  • 0.25 cup frozen strawberries
  • 0.25 cup frozen peaches
  • 0.25 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 banana, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds, divided
Instructions:
  • In a blender, mix together yogurt, coconut water, strawberries, peaches, mango, banana, and 1 tablespoon chia seeds until smooth. Transfer the smoothie to a bowl and sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of chia seeds on top.
