Delicious chargrilled pork ribs with fresh tabouli salad ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml parsley leaves
  • 125.00 ml coriander leaves
  • 125.00 ml mint leaves
  • 5.00 gm ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 200g Greek-style yoghurt
  • 8 Pork Spare Ribs Large Tray
  • Coles Deli Quinoa Tabouleh, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the coriander leaves, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, turmeric, lemon juice, and oil in a small food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of the chermoula herb mixture with yogurt in a small bowl and refrigerate. Combine pork with the rest of the chermoula in a large bowl.
  • Preheat a chargrill over medium-high heat. Grill pork for 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Place on a plate, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Plate the tabouleh and pork, then generously top each serving with a dollop of flavorful chermoula yogurt. Enjoy!
