Delicious fruit tea bread - perfect with clotted cream or butter.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup dried cherries
Instructions:
  • Add the milk, butter, brown sugar, egg, salt, cinnamon, yeast, and bread flour into the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's guidelines. Choose the white bread cycle and add the raisins and cherries during the final 5 minutes of mixing. Use the fruit setting if available.
