Tropical cherry pineapple dump cake with cake mix, cherry filling, crushed pineapple, macadamia nuts, and shredded coconut for a deliciously easy dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (21 ounce) can LUCKY LEAF® Regular or Premium Cherry Fruit Filling
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts**
  • 1 (7 ounce) package shredded coconut*
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In the prepared baking dish, layer undrained pineapple followed by cherry filling. Sprinkle evenly with cake mix, then pour melted butter over the top. Finish by topping with nuts and coconut.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
