Texas-sized dump cake: Cherry pie, pineapple, coconut, pecans, butter cake mix baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package butter cake mix
  • 2.5 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup margarine, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Spread pie filling in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer with pineapple slices. Do not mix. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pineapple. Top with coconut, nuts, and pour melted margarine over the top.
  • Bake until the top is a beautiful golden brown for about 40 minutes.
