Delicious no-bake chocolate and vanilla pudding pie - a cool and simple summer indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions:
  • Combine the chocolate pudding mix and 1 1/2 cups of milk in a medium bowl, stirring until smooth and fully incorporated. Transfer the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • In a clean bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the cream cheese until soft. Add confectioners' sugar and mix well. Gently fold in 2 cups of whipped topping, then spread the mixture over the chocolate pudding layer.
  • Blend the vanilla pudding mix and 1 1/2 cups of milk until smooth. Layer over the cream cheese mixture. Top with the rest of the whipped topping. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before cutting and serving.
