Spice up family Mexican night with slow-cooked, bacon-infused saucy beans as a vibrant side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 (15.5-oz.) cans great northern beans, drained, rinsed
  • 4 (15-oz.) cans black beans, drained, rinsed

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder

  • Slowly simmer the ingredients with a lid on for 4 to 6 hours on low heat.
