Chicken, avocado and rocket salad with garlic croutons

Revamp classic salad with a modern twist using delicious chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 fresh bread stick
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 bunches rocket
  • 2 avocados, peeled and thinly sliced,
  • Caesar salad dressing
Instructions:
  • Boil eggs for 7 minutes, then drain, cool, peel, and quarter.
  • Grill chicken breast fillets on a chargrill for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Slice before serving.
  • Preheat the grill. Slice the bread stick into 12 thin diagonal slices. Arrange on a baking tray, spray with olive oil, and grill until golden on both sides. Rub one side with a garlic clove for extra flavor.
  • Mix fresh rocket leaves, trimmed and chopped avocados, sliced chicken breast, and boiled egg in a bowl. Drizzle the Caesar salad dressing over the mixture and top with crunchy garlic croutons before serving.
