Cheesy Cheddar and chicken bake with white wine mushroom sauce, a simple and scrumptious dinner choice.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cups shredded old Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange the chicken breast halves in a baking dish. Combine cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, garlic, curry powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well, then add white wine and stir until smooth. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Top with Cheddar cheese and paprika.
  • Roast the chicken in the preheated oven until fully cooked, about 90 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) in the center.
