Create a vibrant and nutritious summer salad with fresh, colorful ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 240g cooked chicken
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 red capsicum, seeded
  • 1 avocado
  • 20g snow pea
  • sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Peel off the chicken skin, slice the meat, and dispose of the skin.
  • Julienne the carrot and capsicum then slice the avocado. Mix the chicken, carrot, capsicum, avocado, and sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce before serving.
