Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sizzle chicken pieces in hot oil until golden brown all around. Toss in garlic and cook until chicken is no longer pink inside. Mix in cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper, heating briefly. Serve with rice.
