Family-friendly chicken, veggie, and noodle dish that's quick, easy, and nutritious.
Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced
  • 250.00 ml frozen beans
  • 250.00 ml shredded cabbage
  • 45g packet chicken noodle soup
  • 510.00 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 250g packet rice noodles
  • 5.30 gm soy sauce
  • 1 barbecued chicken, skin removed, flesh shredded
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add carrot, beans, and cabbage. Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.
  • Combine soup mix and chicken stock, bringing it to a boil. Break rice noodles into the cabbage mixture and simmer over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes until noodles are cooked.
  • Combine the soy sauce and chicken, toss well, and serve immediately.
