Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml hummus
  • 1 x 42g Simson’s Pantry Lite Low Carb Super Grains wrap
  • 20g baby spinach
  • 1 small carrot, peeled, shredded
  • 1 ⁄4 red capsicum, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 60g thinly sliced cooked chicken breast
  • 2 fresh coriander sprigs
Instructions:
  • Lavishly spread the velvety hummus down the middle of the wrap, then layer on the vibrant spinach, crunchy carrot, colorful capsicum, tender chicken, and fragrant coriander. Securely wrap to encapsulate all the delectable fillings.
