Quick and delicious chicken Caesar salad ready in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 350g RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 1/2 loaf Coles Bakery Pane Di Casa loaf, halved, cut into 1cm slices
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 bacon rashers, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cos lettuce, outer leaves removed
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 40g tasty cheese
  • 80ml caesar salad dressing
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a lightly oiled chargrill pan over medium-low heat. Grill the chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Plate and cover to maintain warmth before thinly slicing.
  • Drizzle the bread with oil spray and grill on the chargrill pan until each side is toasted, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Cook the bacon in a small frying pan over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until crispy and browned. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to absorb any excess grease.
  • Assemble lettuce, bread, chicken, avocado, and tomato on plates. Top with bacon and cheese. Drizzle with dressing and season before serving.
