Make viral TikTok chicken cobbler with Red Lobster biscuits. Easy and delicious - see what the hype's about!
Ingredients:
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed and shredded (about 4 cups)
  • 1 15-oz bag frozen mixed vegetables (such as corn, peas, carrots and beans)
  • 1 11.36-oz package cheddar bay biscuit mix, such as Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and melt butter in a 9x13 baking dish while it warms up.
  • After the butter is melted, gently place the chicken in the skillet in a single layer over the butter, and then evenly distribute the frozen veggies on top.
  • Mix biscuit mix, seasoning packet, and milk until smooth; pour over the chicken and veggies. Gently spread over the top without stirring.
  • Combine soup and stock in a separate bowl until velvety. Pour evenly over biscuit mix without mixing.
  • Bake in the preheated oven uncovered until beautifully golden brown with a slight wobble in the center, for around 45 minutes.
  • If desired, generously sprinkle parsley over the top and allow it to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
