Try this effortless TikTok chicken cobbler with rotisserie chicken, frozen veggies, and cheesy biscuit topping.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (15 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
  • 0.75 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 (10.5-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package cheddar biscuit mix (such as Red Lobster™ Cheddar Bay Biscuit® Mix)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously coat the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish with melted butter.
  • Combine the shredded chicken and vegetables in the dish. Season with thyme, pepper, and salt. Pour in the condensed soup, broth, and cream. Stir well until everything is mixed thoroughly.
  • Follow the package directions to prepare the biscuit mix.
  • Place 8 dollops (about 1/4 cup each) of biscuit dough onto the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  • Bake uncovered in a preheated oven until biscuits are golden brown on top and casserole is bubbling around the edges, approximately 40 minutes. Finish by sprinkling thyme on top.
