Creamy Parmesan baked chicken - a simple and delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 dash paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and give a gentle greasing to a baking dish.
  • Prepare a dredging station with separate shallow dishes for the butter and flour. Coat chicken strips evenly with flour, then butter, before placing them in a baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Pour heavy cream over the chicken and evenly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the cream is bubbling, approximately 20 minutes.
