Wholesome and easy homemade mug soup beats the packet mix anyday.
Ingredients:
  • 20g dried egg noodles
  • 125g can creamed corn
  • 62.50 ml shredded cooked chicken or ham
  • 1 tsp Chicken Stock Powder
  • Soy sauce, to season
  • Chinese cooking wine, to season
  • Sesame oil, to season
  • Green shallots, sliced, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a 430ml (1 3/4 cup-capacity) mug, combine noodles and 250ml (1 cup) water. Microwave on High for 4 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  • Combine corn, chicken or ham, and stock powder. Microwave on High for an additional 30 seconds. Add a splash of soy sauce, a hint of cooking wine, a touch of sesame oil, and a sprinkle of pepper. Garnish with shallot before serving.
