Quick and delicious satay chicken and noodle stir-fry ready in 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 large carrot, halved lengthways, thinly sliced
  • 250g cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 150g green beans, trimmed, cut into thirds
  • 700g Chicken Thigh Fillets, cut into 1cm-thick strips
  • 505g jar Satay Chicken Cooking Sauce
  • 160ml coconut milk
  • 440g Hokkien Wok Ready Noodles
  • Toasted chopped peanuts, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a hot wok or frying pan, heat half of the oil. Cook onion, carrot, and cabbage until they soften, about 3 minutes. Toss in garlic and beans and stir-fry for another minute until beans are tender. Keep warm by covering in a heatproof bowl.
  • Heat the remaining oil in the wok over high heat until sizzling. Stir-fry the chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Pour in KanTong Satay Chicken Cooking Sauce and coconut milk, and bring to a simmer.
  • Heat the KanTong Hokkien Wok Ready Noodles according to the packet directions. Serve in bowls, topped with satay chicken and stir-fried vegetables. Garnish with peanuts.
