Easy and delicious grilled chicken skewers marinated in zesty Italian dressing - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
  • 0.5 cup Italian-style salad dressing
Instructions:
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Add the dressing, seal the bag, and massage gently to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and brush the grate with a light coating of oil.
  • Skewer the chicken and grill until juicy and fully cooked, around 5 to 10 minutes per side. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) using an instant-read thermometer.
