Turn chicken Parmesan into a mouthwatering casserole by layering pasta, chicken, mozzarella, marinara, and bread crumbs.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1 (12 ounce) can chicken chunks, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 0.5 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and toasty for your dish.
  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain pasta.
  • Combine the cooked rotini, chicken, and mozzarella cheese in a large casserole dish. Pour marinara sauce over the pasta mixture, sprinkle with bread crumbs, and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, for around 35 minutes in the preheated oven.
