Family-favorite chicken parmesan - a must-try!
Ingredients:
  • 400g pkt frozen brand chicken breast tenders
  • 62.50 ml brand Italian tomato passata
  • 50g champagne ham slices, from the deli
  • 6 Jarlsberg cheese slices, from the deli
  • 120g baby spinach leaves
  • Coles brand mashed potato, heated, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes. Add a dollop of tomato passata, a slice of ham, and a slice of cheese to each chicken piece. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Heat oil in a hot frying pan, then add spinach. Season with salt and pepper, and squeeze a lemon wedge over the top. Stir and cook until the spinach wilts, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Present the chicken alongside the spinach, mash, and lemon wedges.
