Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.125 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
  • 0.5 cup boiling water
Instructions:
  • Combine the egg and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a small bowl. Set it aside.
  • Combine flour, garlic powder, and paprika in a shallow bowl. Dip the chicken in the egg and lemon mixture, followed by the seasoned flour.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet and sear the coated chicken pieces until golden brown.
  • Combine bouillon in boiling water, followed by the remaining 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Transfer to skillet, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remember to flip chicken pieces halfway through. Once chicken is tender, garnish as desired and serve.
