Elevate lunchtime with these delightful surprise sandwiches for kids!
Ingredients:
  • 4 thick slices wholemeal bread
  • 40.00 ml reduced-fat hommus dip
  • 1 iceberg lettuce leaf, shredded
  • 2 slices reduced-fat tasty cheese
  • 1/2 small carrot, coarsely grated
  • 82.50 ml shredded cooked chicken
  • 6.80 gm sultanas
Instructions:
  • On one side of each bread slice, generously spread creamy hummus. Place fresh lettuce on 2 slices of bread, then layer with cheese, crunchy carrot, savory chicken, and sweet sultanas. Finally, create a delicious sandwich by topping with the remaining bread slice.
  • Cut out shapes from each sandwich using a 10cm cutter, remove crusts, and ready to serve.
