Simple and delicious chicken salpicao served over fluffy white rice.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tablespoon soy-based liquid seasoning (such as Maggi®)
  • 1 serrano pepper, sliced diagonally
Instructions:
  • Season the chicken generously with aromatic garlic salt, bold black pepper, and smoky paprika. Allow the flavors to meld perfectly during a brief 15-minute marination.
  • In a pan over medium heat, saute garlic in oil until almost browned, about 1 minute. Add chicken and mix well to prevent garlic from burning. Pour in Worcestershire sauce and liquid seasoning. Simmer over low heat until chicken is almost cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in serrano pepper and simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot in a dish.
