"Whip up a quick Thai salad in just 10 minutes using the microwave and 5 simple ingredients."
Ingredients:
  • 2 packages (6 oz each) refrigerated cooked chicken breast strips
  • 3/4 cup Thai peanut sauce
  • 1 bag (5 oz) mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup julienne carrots (from 10-oz bag)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Place chicken and peanut sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
  • Distribute salad greens and carrots equally onto 4 plates. Garnish with chicken mixture and fresh cilantro.
