Delicious and light chicken dish, perfect over rice.
Ingredients:
  • 5 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch strips
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup white wine
Instructions:
  • In a shallow bowl, mix chicken with ground pepper, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, oregano, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and wine. Refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight, to marinate.
  • Preheat the broiler. Take the chicken out of the marinade (keep the marinade) and transfer it to a shallow pan. Broil it 8 inches away from the heat, flipping it once, until the chicken is cooked through (approximately 15 minutes).
  • Heat the marinade in a small saucepan until it boils. Pour the hot marinade over the chicken, toss to coat, and enjoy!
