Creamy, irresistible tacos that vanish in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)
  • 6 tortilla bowls from 1 package (6.7 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Soft Tortilla Bowls (8 Count)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (3 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté bell pepper, onion, corn, and 1 can of green chiles for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables begin to soften. Add chicken and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until heated through.
  • Heat the Suiza Topping ingredients in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat until simmering; then remove from heat.
  • Follow the package instructions to warm the tortillas. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture, then add 2 tablespoons of topping. Top with fresh tomato and cilantro for a vibrant finish.
