Whip up delicious BBQ chicken tacos using store-bought rotisserie chicken for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 8 stand 'n' stuff taco shells (see note)
  • 1 barbecued chicken
  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 165.00 ml homemade thick 'n' chunky salsa (see related recipe)
  • 165.00 ml grated tasty cheese
  • 117.50 gm sour cream
  • 500.00 ml homemade guacamole (see related recipe)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take the tacos out of the packaging, ensuring the 'wedge' stays in the center of the shells. Arrange the tacos with space between them on a baking tray. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until heated through.
  • Remove the meat from the chicken and shred it. Then, fill taco shells with the shredded chicken. Top with lettuce, tomato, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. Serve and enjoy!
