Make a quick and delicious chicken curry in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 200g rice
  • 18.40 gm Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 brown onion, chopped
  • 500g Chicken Thigh Fillets, cut into 2.5cm pieces
  • 1 large potato, peeled, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 350g jar Simmer Sauce Tikka Masala
  • 250g True Foods Naan Bread, warmed, halved
  • 82.50 ml coriander sprigs
  • 125g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 40.00 ml flaked almonds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Prepare Riviana Basmati Extra Long Grain Rice according to the instructions provided on the package.
  • Heat oil in a large deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir in onion, chicken, and potato and cook for 5 minutes until chicken is lightly browned. Pour in Patak's Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and 1/4 cup (60ml) water. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring often, for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Arrange True Foods Naan Bread, rice, and curry on individual serving plates. Sprinkle with fresh coriander, diced tomatoes, and sliced almonds for a delectable finish.
