Homemade ice cream infused with a tantalizing blend of chile powder, chocolate, cinnamon, and cayenne for a perfect balance of spicy and sweet flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chile powder, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 0.75 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Combine cocoa powder, sugar, chile powder, cinnamon, and cayenne in a bowl.
  • Combine the milk and heavy cream with the cocoa mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a home ice cream maker and freeze for approximately 20 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions. Once done, place the mixture in a covered container and freeze until firm.
