Effortless and flavorful chili cheese bean dip with a zesty kick of lime juice. Creamy and perfect for chip-dipping without any cooking or layering required.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (16-oz) refried beans
  • 2 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 ounces sharp cheddar, grated
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed or finely minced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground chipotle
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 large jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely dice
Instructions:
  • Combine refried beans, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, avocado oil, lime juice, sour cream, garlic, green onions, cilantro, cumin, chipotle, chili powder, and jalapeño in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a spatula.
