Spicy loaded nachos for an extra kick.
Ingredients:
  • 3 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 0.33333334326744 cup finely chopped red or white onion
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 12 cups corn tortilla chips
  • 1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili With Beans
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups shredded colby or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 fresh jalapeno chile (or more to taste), thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine tomatoes, onion, and cilantro in a bowl. Squeeze lime over the mixture and toss until well combined.
  • Start by elegantly lining a heatproof platter or baking sheet with a single layer of crispy chips. Then, generously layer spoonfuls of chili, tomato mixture, olives, and cheese on top. For an extra kick, scatter jalapeno slices to your liking. Continue stacking layers until all ingredients are used up.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is fully melted. Serve the nachos hot.
