Upgrade your chili-mac with spaghetti for a delicious twist: chili-ghetti!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 0.33333334326744 cup water
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a pot of salted water. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 12 minutes; then drain.
  • 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef, onion, and garlic for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through; then drain excess grease. Add spaghetti, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, water, chili seasoning mix, and Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes until heated through. Finish with Cheddar cheese on top.
