Irresistible coffee perfection!
Ingredients:
  • 30ml coffee
  • 125.00 gm boiling water
  • 1 single shot hot espresso coffee
Instructions:
  • Create a coffee crush by mixing espresso with 1 cup of cold water in a jug. Transfer the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze it overnight.
  • Mix rich and bold espresso with boiling water in a heatproof jug. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until perfectly cold.
  • Start by placing the coffee cubes in a plastic bag and squeezing out the air. Wrap the bag in a tea towel and then pound it on a hard surface with a hammer or rolling pin until the ice is crushed. Next, transfer the crushed ice to a serving glass and pour over your chilled espresso mixture. Serve and enjoy!
