Transform almonds into a versatile spiced nut mix perfect for snacking, salads, and avocado toast. Elevate your dishes with the satisfying crunch and flavor of this easy-to-make dukkah blend.
Ingredients:
  • 160g (1 cup) blanched almonds
  • 24.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 6.00 gm sea salt flakes
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
  • Turkish bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Spread the almonds on the tray and bake for 6 minutes or until golden. Let them cool completely. Repeat the process with sesame seeds on a separate tray.
  • In a food processor, pulse almonds with salt, cumin, and coriander until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and mix in sesame seeds and chili flakes. Serve the dukkah with oil and bread.
