Indulge in buttery macadamia nuts coated in a savory-sweet honey soy glaze. Perfect for snacking or pairing with a cold beer.
Ingredients:
  • 400g macadamias
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 2 limes, rind finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp ground chilli powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread macadamia nuts on a lined baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes until almost golden.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, lime zest, and chili powder.
  • Combine warm macadamias with soy sauce mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Bake on lined tray for an additional 3 minutes, then cool completely on the tray.
