Chilli cheese dip

Cheese dip served in a bread bowl for a tasty and edible presentation.
Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm oil
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 50g baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
  • 250g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 68.75 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 40.00 ml fresh chives, chopped
  • Mild paprika, to serve
  • Corn chips, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, sizzle onion and garlic until tender, for about 3-4 mins. Toss in tomatoes and spinach. Stir and cook until spinach wilts, around 1-2 mins.
  • Lower the heat and introduce cream cheese, chili sauce, and chives to the pan. Stir and cook for 2 minutes until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, generously sprinkle with paprika, and enjoy warm with corn chips.
