Spice up your day with zesty chili eggs paired with savory garlic broccoli - perfect for a flavorful brunch or lunch!
Ingredients:
  • 73.60 gm vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 4.00 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml grated fresh ginger
  • 2-4 tsp Galiko crushed chilli
  • Salt
  • 600g broccoli, trimmed into florets
  • 80ml oyster sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, fry eggs until golden brown on each side for about 2 minutes. Place cooked eggs on a plate.
  • Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in the pan until soft, which should take about 5 minutes. Then, add chili and 2 tablespoons of water and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and return the eggs to the pan to heat through.
  • In a hot wok, sauté garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender. Mix in oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons water, heat through.
