Ingredients:
  • 4 long fresh red chillies
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Cut the chillies in half, remove and discard the seeds, then finely chop.
  • In a mortar, blend together the chili, garlic, salt, cumin, coriander, and olive oil until a smooth paste forms.
